•  By Grev on August 23, 2013 - I received this rope a day earlier than anticipated and started using it that night. It's been about two weeks now and I use it on my concrete driveway for 20-30 minutes per session. The bottom that hits the pavement is now nice and loose, allowing a faster pace and elevated heart rate. I just found out I can fill the handles with weight and that excites me even more. Definitely recommend for beginners (like myself) and possibly some of the more intermediate jumpers.

  1) It is light.
  2) I am 5 foot 5 inches and i can use this jump rope easily.
  3) Even though I do not need to, You CAN adjust the rope pretty easily.
  No Cons.

Grips are very good and wide grip feels solid when doing pushups and chin ups. Recommended to those looking for a solid piece of workout equipment to use at home.
