In Round 13, we welcome back Brandon Epstein In preparation for summer, we're focusing on strength and muscle conditioning through a steady resistance workout. And we're paying close attention to one of our favorite muscles - the glutes.    
Not familiar with resistance training? Basically the band creates resistance that takes the place of traditional weights. There are tons of benefits to resistance training. Check out this article if you're interested in learning more.
